Q: Can I reserve my textbooks for Springl 2008...and get first crack at the used textbooks AND not have to wait in a cash register line? (AND get a free gift?)

A: You sure can. Please read the instructions below and it'll make it easier for all of us.

Q: How can I place my order?

A: Please do so by going back to the Textbook Reservation Form, indicate any textbooks you DO NOT want and submit your order. (To see your required books, go to the booklist and auto-fill your classes.)

Q: Don't you want my booklist? My name? My ID number?

A: When you login and submit your reservation, we receive all the information we need.

Q: Will my books be new or used......or both?

A: We will fill your order with used titles whenever possible. Textbook Reservations are filled in the order they are received, so the earlier you get your order in, the better chance on getting more used books. If you prefer new copies, please specify.

Q: Can I pick them up when they are ready?

A: If you live OFF campus, your books will be ready to be picked up in the Campus Store no later than January 25. If you live ON campus, we will deliver them to your apartment or dorm by January 26. You will receive an email when your order has been completed.

Q: In the past, there has been a freebie included with my order. I don't want to seem greedy, but is there any freebie this semester?

A: Funny you should ask. We have decided to maintain that tradition. The first 1000 students to place their online order of $75.00 or more will receive with their textbooks, a coupon for a FREE 14" pizza from Big Bob's Pizza (pickup or delivery!)

Q: Anything else that I should know?

A: Yes...just a few more items:

...we will accept reservations through Wednesday, January 23. After that you'll have to stop in to purchase your books in the Campus Store. But, remember, the earlier you get your order in, the better chance you will have at used textbooks and very tasty Pizza!

...we will reserve only required textbooks, not optional or recommended textbooks unless otherwise requested.

...textbooks that arrive in the store after your order is processed...and some invariably do...will have to be purchased separately.
