David Ellens play - HERE I AM

What does true connection look like in an age of distraction? How can we move from loneliness to solitude? What role can technology play within all of this?

A new piece of verbatim theatre created by David Ellens, HERE I AM: Stories of Connection and Disconnection in a Modern World, aims to address these questions. The script comes directly -- word for word -- from transcripts of interviews with members of the Calvin community, recreated by actors.

Performances start this Friday, February 20, and run February 20-21, 27-28, and March 6-7. All performances start at 7pm in the Lab Theatre here at Calvin (the black box space below the Gezon Theatre) and are free. No tickets are necessary.
