Strive for Strength Challenge

  • September 28, 2015–November 8, 2015

The goal of this 6-week challenge is to gain strength using three traditional bodyweight exercises: push-ups, planks, and squats. Each week you will be challenged to increase the number or time of each exercise. This challenge is open to all staff, faculty, and families!
