In order to apply to Calvin, submit the following:
- Completed online application, including essays and application fee. For a paper application, contact us or print a .pdf.
- High school transcript *
- Academic recommendation *
- Test Scores from the SAT or ACT (not required for applicants with two or more years of previous college experience or applicants age 21 or older).
- Transcript(s) from any college(s) you previously attended. An official transcript is required for transfer credit evaluation.

Admission Standards: Transfers
- GPA of 2.0 if transferring from a 4-year institution; 2.5 if transferring from a 2-year institution
- ACT or SAT scores: see below
- 3 years of college prep math, beginning with Algebra 1
- High school diploma or equivalent degree (GED)
- These are the minimum requirements for admission. A first-year student profile reflects the middle 50% of our students.
