June 7, 2008: Colorado Rockies game - see photos
Eighty alumni and friends from the Colorado Chapter enjoyed a great night of tail-gaiting and baseball at the Rockies game. Tail-gating began at the light rail station where we had Calvin alumni from all over enjoying hot dogs and burgers. After our food, we met downtown to get our tickets and set up a Calvin blanket right in front of the stadium for 40,000 people to wander past. All in attendance enjoyed the Rockies hitting their first grand slam of the year in the 1st inning. In the 5th inning, the Calvin group especially cheered when we saw our name on the score board. The Rockies won and a great time was had by all!
