Saturday, December 8, 2012 ~ 7 p.m.

River City Improv will perform a night of family-friendly improvisational comedy on Saturday, December 8, 2012. All alumni and friends are invited! They will perform a 75-minute show at Palo Alto Christian Reformed Church [687 Arastradero Road in Palo Alto -map]. We will also hear an update from the college and have an opportunity to network with grads from many decades. Join us—dessert will be served following the show!

There is no cost for admission, but a donation to the Bay Area Network Scholarship fund is suggested.

Scholarships/Travel Assistance

The Bay Area Network (generally defined as zip codes 93600-95999) offers partial airfare reimbursement for high school students visiting Calvin. An application is available for this and details must be taken care of in advance of the student's trip to Calvin. Contact Mary Schrotenboer for details.

Until recent years, the Bay Area Network has also provided scholarships for one or more incoming Calvin students from our area. It is the hope of Bay Area Network to reinstate the scholarship program if donations to our scholarship fund once again reach a level that we are able to do this.

How Can You Help?

  • Recommend Calvin to high school juniors and seniors you know so they will consider a Christ-centered, academically excellent education at Calvin College.
