About Gilda's Club
Opened to the community in 2001, Gilda's Club supports children and adults and their families and friends that are on a cancer or grief journey. Gilda's Club Grand Rapids is currently the largest and busiest affiliate in a network of 52 affiliates across North America and reaches 10,000 people annually from 33 counties in Michigan.

About LaughFest
In 2011, with the investments of many partners and collaborators in West Michigan, Gilda's Club launched Gilda's LaughFest, celebrating laughter for the health of it. The Festival, now in its third year, draws over 55,000 people from 25 States and Canada to our region in March and has a $2,000,000 impact on business and the West Michigan economy. The message behind the Festival—valuing laughter as an important part of good emotional health—has caught on locally, regionally and is reaching a national audience as well.

Join us for an informative look behind the scenes at the nation's only festival of laughter and, importantly, how Gilda's Club Grand Rapids is helping to transform the landscape of healthcare in our community.
