Effective immediately, the Payroll Office will no longer be accepting electronic stipend submissions for students. In its place, please use the paper honorarium form found here: http://www.calvin.edu/admin/fsrv/forms/pdf/Hon_PDF2008.pdf or in the Financial Services Office. Please remember that all stipend/honorarium requests need supervisor and budget officer signatures to be processed (and VP or provost signature if over $500).
