Returning Student Organizations = Registration Process

The registration process is for those organizations wishing to continue their status as an official Calvin College student organization. The registration process is a simplified version of the chartering process, and begins in late March. Being an official organization gives the organization access to college funding, leadership development and connections to other student leaders.

Follow these steps to register your organization:

one   Re-read the guidelines and responsibilities
two Ongoing

Attend leadership journey meeting in March or April to learn about registration

three Due Dec. Fill out your self-evaluation form
4 Due in the Spring

Fill out your registration form

Fill out the student leader commitment form

Have your advisor fill out the advisor consent form

7  

Submit a proposed budget (see example) to the student development office

8   Fill out your goal setting form
9   After completing your goal setting form email eao4@calvin.edu with your up to date calendar of events for the year.
