Returning Student Organizations = Registration Process

The registration process is for those organizations wishing to continue their status as an official Calvin College student organization. The registration process is a simplified version of the chartering process, and begins in late March. Being an official organization gives the organization access to college funding, leadership development and connections to other student leaders.

Follow these steps to register your organization:

		Re-read the guidelines and responsibilities
	Ongoing	Attend leadership journey meeting in March or April to learn about registration
	Due Dec.	Fill out your self-evaluation form
	Due in the Spring	Fill out your registration form
		Fill out the student leader commitment form
		Have your advisor fill out the advisor consent form
		Submit a proposed budget (see example) to the student development office
		Fill out your goal setting form
		After completing your goal setting form email eao4@calvin.edu with your up to date calendar of events for the year.
