Leadership Journey is a training program for all student organization leaders. Whether you're a new or seasoned leader, Leadership Journey is designed to help you develop your leadership gifts. The sessions offered throughout the year are meant to help you better understand your role as a student leader. The program seeks to provide support, resources, skills, and leadership training.
Attendance
The Student Development Office offers Leadership Journey opportunities each semester during the academic year. Each student organization is required to send a leader to a minimum of 8 Leadership Journey sessions throughout the academic year [4 per semester].
The sessions generally fit into one of three categories: (1) exploring available resources to help with the nuts and bolts of running and organization (2) developing leaders and leadership teams (3) self development and exploration in the context of self leadership.

First Semester - Fall 2011
| Tuesday, September 6 | Mandatory Meeting: Kickoff the year with an informational celebratory meeting. We will cover Leadership Journey requirements, financial direction, and room reservation basics. Dinner provided for organization leaders at the meeting.
