Before You Arrive...

There are several steps that you need to complete before you arrive:

  1. Register yourself and your family members for the program on e-Enroll.
  2. Pay your enrollment deposit, if you haven’t already.
  3. Be sure you have received three confirmation emails from the Student Development Office
    • the first, two weeks following your registration
    • the second, one month prior to International PASSPORT
    • the third, one week prior to International PASSPORT
  4. Fill out your travel arrival sheet if you need us to pick you up from the airport, bus station or train station. Email or fax your form to Jo Cooper in Admissions. She will email you to confirm your travel plans once she receives the form.

Checking-In

Upon arrival follow the road signs to the Fine Arts Center parking lot. Make your way to the lawn in front of Schultze-Eldersveld residence hall where you'll:

  • check in
  • obtain a resource packet
  • receive a room assignment if staying on-campus
  • receive a personalized schedule

Accommodations

For Students:

If you choose to stay on-campus during PASSPORT you will be placed with a roommate and suitemates in a residence hall designated for students only.

For Parents:

Parents must find alternative arrangements. We have reserved a block of rooms at our on-campus Prince Conference Center. Please mention you are here for International PASSPORT when reserving a room.

What to Pack:

During International PASSPORT pillows, linens and towels will be provided in the residence halls. You will have the opportunity during the weekend to do some shopping to purchase bedding and other important items for after orientation.

Casual clothing is very acceptable. The temperatures in August and September are typically 21-27 degrees celsius (70-80 degrees fahrenheit) so please bring appropriate clothing.

Meals:

All meals are served in Knollcrest Dining Hall and require your International PASSPORT nametag for entrance. Meals begin at lunch on Thursday, August 28 and continue through Sunday, September 7.
