Who should attend?
You—if you're a non-traditional aged student. Calvin defines non-traditional aged students as those who have been away from an educational program for four or more years since high-school, or have had four years of combined work experience and education.
What to expect
Calvin’s orientation programs have three objectives:
- To introduce you to Calvin's purpose, people and programs
- To help ensure your smooth transition to college
- To prepare you academically for your years at Calvin
Participate in academic advising and placement tests so you can plan your fall schedule. Meet with a Student Life staff member. Take a tour of campus. Learn about Calvin’s core curriculum, your major and academics.
