Starting Calvin in the fall, I am a...

First Year Student

If you're a North American first-year student starting this Winter, you will attend TRANSITIONS.

If you’re a North American first-year student starting next fall, you’ll attend a combination of orientation programs. You’ll register for one of four summer sessions called PASSPORT, or you can choose to embark on the adventure of Wilderness PASSPORT. Then in the fall, join your entire class at QUEST.  

Register online.  Registering for PASSPORT will automatically register you for QUEST.

 

International Student

If you're an international student or have extended overseas living experience starting this winter, you'll attend TRANSITIONS.

If you’re an international student or have extended overseas living experience starting next fall, you’ll attend a combination of orientation programs. You’ll attend International PASSPORT and then attend QUEST

The PASSPORT program is designed for you as well as your adult family members. QUEST is designed just for you.

Register for International PASSPORT online. Registering for PASSPORT will automatically register you for QUEST. 

 

Transfer Student

If you're a transfer student starting this winter, you'll attend TRANSITIONS.

If you’re a transfer student starting next fall, you have two orientation programs to choose between. Consider attending PASSPORTIII during the summer, or attend QUEST in the fall. 

Register online for one of these programs. PASSPORT is designed for you and your adult family members, while QUEST is designed just for you.

 

Non-Traditional Student

If you’re a student coming to Calvin after four or more years out of high school, or if you’ve had four or more years of combined work experience and education, the ENCORE program is for you.
