Ben West studied music at Wayne State University in Detroit. He lives in East Pointe, where for the past decade he has become an underlying heartbeat for the Detroit music scene. His influence has helped craft a unique sound out of Detroit. Dale Earnhardt Jr Jr, The Great Fiction, Manna & Quail, Brae, Scheaffer, Danny Cox, and The American Secrets have all been affected by his thoughtful creativity. But Ben is not simply a local guy. Working with talented producers in L.A., Nashville and New York, his reach has become quite broad.
