Wine Before Breakfast
Wine Before Breakfast is a worshipping community on the campus of the University of Toronto. Founded in 2001 by Brian Walsh, the CRC Campus Minister to the university, this community of around 50 people meets every Tuesday morning at 7:30 for creative liturgy, a richly eclectic hymnody, engaged preaching, in-depth biblical reflection, prayers and the celebration of the eucharist. Employing a liturgy rooted in the Anglican tradition yet tinged with emergent, catholic worker and reformational influences, this is a post-denominational community of Christian celebration and pastoral care.
