Visit to WMEAC & ICCF Headquarters. See the first double gold LEED-certified building in the nation with a green roof, light shelves, rain garden and other features at WMEAC. See the gold LEED-certified historic preservation project with underground rainwater cisterns, water permeable parking lot, and rooftop solar panels at ICCF.  (No. 6 Bus ride, 50 cents with Calvin bus discount card.) 

Visit to Aquinas College. See the sustainability efforts Aquinas College has committed itself to; they are on track to becoming a zero-waste-to-landfill campus by 2014, while saving money at the same. (No. 6 Bus ride, 50 cents with Calvin bus discount card; 10-minute walk to and from the campus.) 

Visit the Hidden Green at Calvin College. See up close, the cutting-edge green infrastructure and practices of the college, the recycling center, organic composting site, co-generation rooms, and the gold LEED-certified Bunker Center.
