About the Department and Calvin
The Communication Arts and Sciences Department looks for people who teach well, are active researchers, have senses of humor, who relish the opportunity to teach at a strong Christian liberal arts college that encourages and supports scholarly and creative enterprise, and are good enough to make a strong program and department even better.
Calvin expects all faculty members to affirm and promote its Reformed (Calvinistic) Christian perspective. We particularly invite applications from those who will strengthen us by increasing the ethnic range of our department.
