Organizational Behavior and Human Resources (tenure-track)

The Department of Business at Calvin College invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. This position will begin in September 2010. This position is available pending final administrative approval.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include teaching organizational behavior, human resources, and principles of management in our undergraduate business program.  Faculty members normally teach three course sections each semester, plus a three-week course between semesters in January. There are many opportunities for research support (course reductions and financial resources) at Calvin.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or D.B.A., significant experience preferred. MBAs with significant applied experience will also be considered.  We seek applicants committed to teaching and scholarship within a Reformed, liberal arts Christian context.

Deadline:

Review of candidates will begin September 1, 2009 and will close upon the positions being filled.
