Each of these reports spans an academic calendar year, which runs from
July 1 through June 30 of the term listed:

How to submit your information:

All reporting is done electronically in two phases:

  1. MS Word document reporting all faculty activities within specified categories
  2. Tabulation of scholarly activities only (used for statistical purposes)

The deadline for reporting these activities for the past year is Friday August 31, 2007. We ask that you provide a record of your activities for the period from July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007 only. Please be kind to your department chair by complying with the August 31 deadline; your chair must include the faculty activity information as an appendix to the State of the Department report.
