Calvin Faculty Activity Reporting: FAR Delete Requests

Please: If you have omitted something you want included on a previous entry, have made typographical errors, or submitted a duplicate entry, you may request that your entry be deleted, and then you may resubmit the information by making a new entry.

Find the Entry # for each of the entries you would like deleted. (Find entry #'s here.) Enter these numbers in the box provided below. Then be patient: the system administrator will make these deletions once a week or so.
