The deadline for reporting these activities for the past year is Wednesday, July 15, 2009. We ask that you provide a record of your activities for the period from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 only. Please be kind to your department chair by complying with the July 15 deadline; your chair must include the faculty activity information as an appendix to the State of the Department report.
