7.4 FLEXIBLE SPENDING
ACCOUNT
Calvin offers a flexible
spending account to provide a means for paying medical expenses, and day
care expenses with pre-tax dollars. These expenses, which include deductibles,
co-pays, unreimbursed health care costs, vision care and day care, are
generally those not covered by Calvin's benefit package. Information about
the Flexible Spending Account will be available at the time of employment
and each year prior to the open enrollment date.
