- Proposed Fall-2010 and Spring-2011 class schedules are due to the appropriate academic dean who will pass them on to the registrar after approval. All subsequent schedule changes should be reviewed/approved by the appropriate academic dean and the registrar.

- Registrar will invite chairpersons to review the final Fall-2010 class schedule before web publication

- Interim Term Committee submits approved Interim-2011 course proposals to Faculty Senate for adoption

- Registrar will invite chairpersons to review the Spring-2011 schedule and submit final corrections and updates.

- Registrar will invite chairpersons to review the final Spring-2011 schedule before web publication
