STEP will be held at Calvin College, June 20-22, 2008.

Our theme for the 2008 STEP Conference is Preparing to Soar based on Isaiah 40:31. We believe God has uniquely gifted each person with wings to fly. Through STEP, we aim to help students soar as they fulfill the destinies God has planned for them.

Two young students in the library From 10:00am on June 20 through 1:00pm on June 22, students entering grades 8 through 11 are given three days of a real-life college experience as they...

  • Live in a residence hall with an assigned roommate.
  • Attend simulated college courses instructed by Calvin professors and local professionals.
  • Explore standardized tests and future career directions through interactive workshops.
  • Eat in the dining halls with other academically motivated peers and with Calvin College students.
  • Gather for singing, testimony, prayer, and hearing God's word.
