Vehicle Request Policy and Procedures effective September 1, 2008

To drive a Calvin Vehicle, you must be a Calvin Authorized Driver.
To become a Calvin Authorized Driver follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Complete the Motor Vehicle Driving Release Form (doc, 31KB) at least 2 weeks in advance.

Step 2: Complete the assigned on-line defensive driving courses and tests.

 

Please request vehicles at least 48 hours in advance.
