You must be a Calvin Authorized Driver to drive a Calvin Vehicle.
To become a Calvin Authorized Driver:
- Complete the Motor Vehicle Driving Release Form (doc, 31KB)
- Complete the assigned defensive driving course and tests
- Adhere to Transportation Policy (docx, 54kb)
- Read the Physical Plant Transportation Procedures (docx, 14KB)
- Read Tips to Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions (pdf, 109KB)
Please request vehicles at least 48 hours in advance.
