Anti-Racism Programs

Peers Against Racism

Student out to dinner

Peers Against Racism was created as a venue for students from culturally diverse backgrounds to meet one-on-one and discuss issues of racism, friendship and faith in a non-threatening environment. Students apply to the program by completing an Interest Survey and by writing a brief statement explaining their interest in race relations. Participants are placed in cross-cultural pairs based on the information provided in the Interest Survey.

Vision
To encourage healthy communication about racism in a non-threatening environment and to foster friendship across cultural divides.
