How do I learn about staff positions at Calvin College ?

If you are online, all positions are posted on our website at https://jobs.calvin.edu. There you can review open positions, apply for current openings and update your application.

You may sign up for our Work @ Calvin listserv. This e-letter is sent out weekly, listing all current staff openings. Send an email to jobs@calvin.edu requesting the Work @ Calvin e-letter.

If you are on campus, paper copies of job descriptions are located on the job board, directly outside of Human Resources.

If you are a current employee, openings are listed in our Calvin News as positions become available.

How do I apply for a job at Calvin?

Calvin College no longer accepts any paper or faxed resumes. All applications must be completed online.

What should I include with my submission?

To be considered for any staff position at Calvin College , you will need to complete the online application. We recommend attaching a resume and cover letter to your application. If the position requires additional information such as a writing sample or faith statement, those specifics will be included in the directions.

After the interview

What happens after I interview? Reference checks will be conducted on the top candidates. The finalist will need to successfully complete a criminal background check.
