Need a name badge?

All name badges will appear with the Calvin College logo, followed by your name and department. You can choose a pinned or magnetic back. Please use the following web form to submit your order. Please contact Liz Dochod at 616-526-6495 with any questions.

Your department will be charged $10 for each name badge, billed through Accounts Payable from JGunn Designs. Name badges will be sent to your office within 7-10 business days.
