DESCRIPTION
Today, there are four generations in the workforce that are distinctively different from each other. Each generation embodies different values that can make working together difficult. In this seminar, participants learn key characteristics of each generation, examine how work behavior is affected, and apply case studies to help understand how to work with different generations.

DRUG AWARENESS

Drug Awareness

The Drug Awareness program is designed to give supervisors and managers the skills they need to identify substance abuse problems in the workplace, determine the appropriate steps for an effective intervention, and practice the conversation that will take place
with the individual. The materials outline the symptoms and behaviors exhibited by individuals who are affected by substances.
This program can be very helpful to achieve a drug free workplace

What happens when you hear the words, “Mom or Dad can’t live at home anymore?” What is your next step? Where do you start
to search? How much is it going to cost? What type of care does your loved one need? EAC partners with a variety of elder care
organizations that provide useful resources for employers and employees so that they may be more aware of the options that are
available for the elderly.

 

COPING WITH CHANGE

Coping With Change

The Coping with Change program helps participants understand the change experience. There are six steps experienced in the change process. In this seminar, each of the six steps are outlined and how to apply and understand each phase are reviewed. Participants will learn how to prepare for change and how to manage the change most effectively.

 

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress Management

The Stress Management program focuses on how to manage and deal with stress. Stress is always present and working in our lives.
It is the effective management of the stress that keeps us healthy. Topics addressed include the negative aspects of stress and the impacts of stress, both physically and mentally. This is a full hour of learning and active participation.
