| Benefits Orientation Information During a benefits orientation you will review the benefits for which you are eligible with the following providers:
Benefits Online Enrollment Instructions Please complete this enrollment process online within the first 30 days of employment. Getting Started: 1. To access the site, please go to http://www.calvin.edu/go/hrbenefits. Currently Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox are the only supported browsers for this site for both PC and Mac users. 2. You will receive an e-mail from Corporate Benefit Strategies (at a bswift.com address) to indicate that you may go online to complete your enrollment. 3. Once you have logged in, you will have the opportunity to click on “2007 Online Enrollment Instructions” to view step-by-step instructions to enroll. 4. Click on "Family Info" under "My Profile" to add a spouse and/or dependents to the system. 5.You may then proceed by clicking “Enroll Now” to begin the process. The website will provide you with necessary details regarding your benefits, such as summaries of benefits, links to websites, personal and dependent information to enroll for the 2007 plan year. 4. Please do not use your browser’s “Back”, “Forward” or “Refresh” buttons. Use the navigational tools (tabs, menu bar and/or links) within the site. 5. When your enrollment is complete, please consider either sending yourself an e-mail confirmation or printing the confirmation of your benefits enrollment. |
