Cost of living at KE
- $374.44 a month per person (for 9 months), including utilities. ($3370/academic year)
- Non-renovated apartments are: Phi/Chi, Zeta/Lambda, Beta/Delta
- Recently renovated apartments are $385.55 a month per person (for 9 months), including utilities. ($3470/academic year)
- Recently renovated apartments are: Alpha/Gamma, Kappa, Theta/Epsilon
- Summer
- $900 for the summer or $10 per night. Summer RA's (4) do an event every-other week (i.e. Whitecaps game, fireworks, beach trips, etc.).
Application
Please remember...
- Complete BOTH pages of the form
- Turn your form in by 5:00pm on Wednesday, March 17th to the KE Desk, KE Office, or Housing Office
- Include your signed housing contract (pick your housing contract up at the KE Desk, your dorm deskie or the housing office )
- All housing contracts must be turned in before you will be permitted to participate in Room Draw (unless someone in your group is on an off-campus program)
Apartment Draw Information...
- Apartment Draw will be held on Wednesday, March 31st at 4:00pm in the Phi/Chi Lounge.
- Your attendance is expected.
- Groups of 5 will draw first, followed by groups of 4.
- Groups of 3 will draw last if any apartments are remaining.
- Individuals and groups of 2 do not need to attend.
Sophomores are not allowed to live in the KE apartments next year. If they have an extenuating circumstance they are welcome to make an appointment with Matt Cooke, KE Area Coordinator. Permission will only be given for extenuating circumstances.
