With the college student budget in mind, we charge reasonable fees for our services and supplies.
Fees
Office visits at Calvin's health services are $15.
Physical examinations are $15-25.
Medications: amount varies
Allergy shot (1): $15; (2 or more): $20
Flu shots: $20
Payment
Pay for your treatment with:

- charge to your student miscellaneous account (Calvin students only)
- Knightcare insurance (see sidebar)
