Common symptoms include:

There is no antiviral treatment for Norovirus, but if a student has any of the above symptoms, they should notify Calvin Health Services at 616-526-6187 to speak with a triage nurse.

Health advice

Practice PREVENTION. There are things you can do to help you stay healthy.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water before and after restroom use and food handling.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way.

Stay isolated if you get sick. Containment is the word of the day! Stay away from work or classes until 24 hours after your last episode of symptoms.
