Summer Refund Policy

Tuition charges for students withdrawing from summer courses will be refunded as follows:

Class days 1-2 100%
Class days 3-4 50%
Class days 5-6 25%
Class days 7+ 0%

Denominational Grants

Members of the Christian Reformed Church receive Denominational Grants in the following amounts per credit hour:

Summer Tuition Assistance Program:

Students who attend class throughout the summer and are working on campus may be eligible for tuition assistance. Students must fill out the below form, have it signed by their supervisor, and returned by the due dates listed. **Please take note that internships, independant study, tutorials or master's thesis courses are NOT eligible for the tuition waiver.

Due Dates:

A billing statement of summer costs will be mailed out around the 15th of May, June and July. Payment is due on the 1st of June, July and August as indicated on the statement. A late charge equal to 1% of the past due balance will be charged 7 days after the due date.
