Students may give permission for others to receive copies of the Tuition and/or Miscellaneous Charges statements regularly through Calvin's e-Statement Subscription service. Each time a new statement is generated, a courtesy copy is then sent via e-mail to a list of subscribers designated by the student.

E-Statement copies will continue to be sent each statement period until the student removes the subscriber from the service. E-Statement subscriptions can be set up by the student in KnightVision. On the "My Resources" tab, under "Resources: Student Finances" there are four different options for obtaining a statement and account information.

• My Statements - View statement copies
• e-Statement Subscription - Designate someone to receive regular copies of statements
• Single Statement Copies - Send a one-time statement copy via email
• Recent Account Activity - View activity that has occurred since the last statement was produced.

If a student wishes to print out a copy of a statement it is recommended that they send the statement that they wish to copy to their email address and print the statement that comes attached to that email.
