After submitting a payment, a confirmation or rejection email will be sent within 20 minutes of the initiation of payment. If you believe your payment may not have been processed correctly, please wait to receive an email before resubmitting a payment. If you are still unsure a payment has been processed please contact the Financial Services Office at finserv@calvin.edu or 616-526-6127.
