Exempt (salaried) employees are paid on the 1st and 15th of every month, totaling 24 paydays in a year.

Non-Exempt (hourly staff and student) employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis, totaling 26 paydays in a year.

Paychecks are available for pickup on the payroll date beginning at 8:00 a.m. in the payroll office. If you have direct deposit, you will receive an e-mail on the morning of the payroll instructing you to view your electronic advice through KnightVision.
