U.S. law places restrictions on payments made by colleges and universities to persons who are not citizens or permanent residents of the United States. The College wishes to extend its hospitality to its foreign national guests and to seek to assure that neither the guest nor the College act in violation of these restrictions. The Financial Services Office and Human Resources have developed guidance in this area and invite you to review it.
