This form is optional. Complete it if you feel your family has special financial circumstances that affect your ability to pay for college.

When should you submit this form?

The preferred submission date is before February 15 for first year students and March 1 for returning and transfer students. You may still submit the form after these dates.

When will you hear about the results?

• Prospective first-year students - mid March and April
• Transfer students - May
• Returning students - June
