Who should fill out this form?

This form is optional. Complete it if you feel your family has special financial circumstances that affect your ability to pay for college.

When should you submit this form?

• First year students: preferred date of February 15
• Transfer and returning students: preferred date of March 1

You may still submit the form after these dates.

When will you hear about the results?

• First year students - March or April
• Transfer students - May
• Returning students - June
