This form must be submitted after January 1 and before April 1 for all Canadian students.

Who should fill out this form?

This form is for residents and citizens of Canada. Students that also have U.S. citizenship must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in addition to this form to be considered for U.S. financial aid.
