How To Apply - First-Year StudentsU.S. Residents
FAFSA en español. Important: On your FAFSA, be sure to list Calvin as one of the colleges to receive the results of your evaluation. Calvin's Federal code number is 002241. You may file Calvin's optional Supplemental Financial Aid Form. You may want to fill this form out if you feel your family has special financial circumstances that affect your ability to pay for college. Supplemental Form en español. To receive maximum consideration for assistance, first-year U.S. students should file by February 15; transfer and returning students should file by March 1. US citizens living internationally should follow all the same admissions and financial aid processes as other US citizens but use the staff of the International admissions office as your contact point. Canadian ResidentsFill out Calvin's Canadian Financial Aid Form. To receive maximum consideration for assistance, first-year Canadian students should file by April 1. Dual Citizens (U.S. and Canadian)Complete both the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Calvin's Canadian Financial Aid Form. You must have a U.S. social security number before the FAFSA can be submitted. Contact the nearest U.S. consulate to obtain a U.S. social security number. ChecklistIf you wish to submit your FAFSA online, you will need a PIN number from the U.S. Department of Education and your parent(s) will need a PIN.
