Members of the 1876 Society, which commemorates the year the college was established, ensure that essential elements of the Calvin experience remain vibrant through yearly unrestricted gifts to the Calvin Annual Fund.

Simply make a gift to the Calvin Annual Fund at a level of $1,000–$9,999 and you will be included in the 1876 Society.

As a member of the 1876 Society you will receive:

  • A personalized 1876 Society membership card, which entitles you to:
    • Full use of the resources in Hekman Library
    • A 15 percent discount at the Campus Store
    • A 15 percent discount at the Spirit Shop in Van Noord Arena
  • An invitation to the yearly gathering of leaders in annual giving, recognizing members of the President's Associates, Geneva Circle and 1876 Society.
  • When possible, reserved seating at special campus events like Rangeela and the January Series
  • The Calvin Annual Fund fiscal year-end newsletter
  • A listing in the 1876 Society Honor Roll of Donors within the newsletter
