What do you like about psychology? I enjoy learning how people think, what affects them, what influences them, what motivates them. Just learning about people in general is really interesting to me.

What are you working on? I’m on the orientation board. We work together to produce this huge thing called PASSPORT, and it’s just a big teamwork. It’s good to look back at what we have accomplished. The goal is to have the new students come to this program to orient them to Calvin College.

What’s the best thing you’ve done at Calvin? I was leading this boy band group called the Wonderboys. We performed at Airband, and at the end we won the People’s Choice. That experience was just amazing: the crowd, the energy, the vibe that was there. That was my best experience, and you can watch it on YouTube.

After Calvin: I want to coach leaders. I want to bring up leaders for the next generation that are first Christ-centered Christian leaders who have the character and integrity that God appreciates.

Quick Fact: The Calvin Annual Fund helps make possible student performances like Airband, Dance Guild, Rangeela and Calvin Theatre Company productions.
