HTML e-mail request

Use this form for the design and sending service of HTML e-mails. HTML e-mail request forms must be submitted two weeks prior to your target mail date.

Place any necessary files into a folder on the faculty/staff common drive (U:\glacier.common [PC] or glacier.COMMON [MAC] ) in the CommunicationsMarketing\to CommMarketing\Email Projects folder. These include:

• images,
• e-mail text,
• and any mailing lists (as Excel files).

IMPORTANT: Missing files and/or mailing list(s) will delay your project. Once a mailing list (segment) is imported into Lyris it is final.
