Graphic Design request
Use this form for any print-related requests and any projects requiring the creation or application of graphic design elements (i.e. t-shirt artwork, powerpoint slide, program identity, web banner ad). When appropriate, please send us a hard copy(s) of:
- the previous project,
- any new text,
- and any images that need scanning.
