Seniors! Report your job or graduate school plans

If you accept a full-time job or select a grad school and report it using the form below within six months after graduation, we will provide you with a $15 gift certificate to the campus store. We'll e-mail you with a gift certificate number enabling you to shop online or at the store, so provide a valid e-mail address. We share this information with the alumni office so they'll know where you're headed too. Note: you will only receive one $15 gift certificate for reporting your information.If you already received a gift certificate but want to update your information, feel free to use this form, but we will not send an additional certificate.
