Recruiters on Calvin's campus can set up informational displays, hold informational meetings and schedule interviews with students.
When should I schedule my visit?
Calvin's academic calendar begins in early September and concludes in mid May. Our year consists of a 4-1-4 plan with two four-month semesters and a one-month interim term in January. The student population is lower in January due to off-campus interim programs.
Another option would be to participate in one of Calvin's sponsored job fairs. Many recruiters conduct next-day or evening interviews with the candidates they meet at the job fairs. Scheduling interviews during job fairs is discouraged.
Where can I set up an informational display?
Informational display tables can be located in two high traffic area of campus - the library lobby or Johnny's. We will provide you with a table and chairs near an electrical outlet. If you need additional audio/video equipment we'd be happy to provide it. We will advertise your visit to the student body. We can also reserve a classroom for informational meetings. Note: Calvin has a campus-wide policy prohibiting solicitation on our campus. Recruiters may schedule 4 visits per semester with a total of 6 campus visits per year.
