Mission Statement

Who are we?

An interdisciplinary committee of students, faculty, and administrators, each bringing our individual interests and abilities in areas such as psychology, pre-law, nursing, criminal justice, social work, education, gender studies, student development, and self-defense.

What do we do?

A) Programming
Speakers, discussions, videos, DVDs
On topics which include date rape, personal safety, sexual harassment, pornography, gender issues and media impact

B) Resources
Posters, handouts, pamphlets, videos, DVDs
Available in the Broene Counseling Center and other key locations on campus

C) Counseling Referral
Free counseling is available for students at the Broene Counseling Center.
Off-campus referrals are available also upon request
