Steps to Apply*
*U.S. citizens living internationally, read this.In order to apply to Calvin, submit the following:
- Completed online International Application, including essays and application fee. You may also download and print the application (.pdf).
- Transcripts from any high school and/or college(s) attended and any National Exam Test Results (if applicable)
- Academic/Educational recommendation
- Applicable test scores (see Testing Guidelines)
- Declaration of Finances form and supporting documents
- Profile of Educational Background Form
We do not accept forms from any other sources such as The College Board and we require all supporting documents to be original or certified copies.
U.S. Citizens Living Internationally
You will need to complete the International Application, however, you should follow all the same admissions and financial aid processes as other U.S. citizens.
Finances & Financial Aid
Students must show the ability to meet a certain level of financial commitment in order to be admitted. Our Declaration of Finances form is the only form we use for this process. Find out more »
Calvin provides generous grants, scholarships and on-campus work options for international students but does not have any full-pay opportunities.
Transferring to Calvin
Admission for new international students is for fall semester only. Transferring mid-year is only open to international students transferring to Calvin from another American institution.
