Preparing for a Career in Youth Ministry

Students bring all of themselves into the study of youth ministry, so Calvin's Youth Ministry Leadership minor is an interdisciplinary program that students shape to their own academic focus, interests, and gifts. Underlying the program's flexibility, however, is a rock-solid theological exploration of both adolescent development and current models of youth ministry. And Calvin provides the real-life youth ministry opportunities, both on and off campus, that give students practical experience in the burgeoning youth ministry field.
